का.आ. 6(अ). पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2967( अ ) , दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2012 , जो उसी तारीख को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) , में प्रकाशित हुई थी, में " उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश श्री स्वतंत्र कुमार " शब्दों के स्थान पर " उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश श्री स्वतंत्र कुमार " पढ़ें ।
S.O. 6 (E) . In the notification of the Ministry of Environment and Forests , Government of India, number S.O. 2967 (E), dated the 20th December, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the same date, for the words " Shri Justice Swatanter Kumar, Former Judge of the Supreme Court " read " Shri Justice Swatanter Kumar, Sitting Judge of the Supreme Court".
