का.आ. 29(अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 ( 1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए का.आ. 1325 (अ) दि. 4 जून, 2010 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-॥ , खंड 3 , उपखंड (ii ) दि. 4 जून, 2010 में प्रकाशित रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोर्ड) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में सारणी में:-
(1 ) क्रम सं. 2 के लिए तथा कॉलम (2) , (3 ) और (4) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

S.O. 29 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number S.O. 1325 ( E ) , dated the 4th June, 2010 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part - II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 4th June, 2010, namely: -
In the said notification , in the Table: -
(1) for Sl. N0 . 2 and entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3 ) and (4 ) the following shall be substituted, namely: -
