सा.का.नि. 4(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , मोटर स्पिरिट और हाई स्पीड डीजल ( आपूर्ति , वितरण का विनियमन और अनाचार का निवारण ) आदेश , 2005 के खंड 6 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप -खंड ( i ) , तारीख 1 सितम्बर , 2010 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 712( अ) , तारीख 1 सितम्बर, 2010 को, उन बातों के सिवाय , अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , यह निदेश देती है कि तेल विपणन कंपनियां, पूरे देश में पांच प्रतिशत इथेनाल का मिश्रण प्राप्त करने के लिए दस प्रतिशत तक के इथेनाल प्रतिशतता वाले और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो विनिर्देश के अनुसार इथेनाल मिश्रित पेट्रोल का विक्रय करेंगी ।
GS.R. 4 (E ) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , read with clause 6 ofthe Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply, Distribution and Prevention ofMalpractices ) Order, 2005 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas number G.S.R. 712 (E) , dated the 1st September, 2010 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) , dated the 1st September, 2010 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby directs that the Oil Marketing Companies shall sell Ethanol - blended - petrol with percentage of ethanol upto ten per cent and as per the Bureau of Indian Standard Specification to achieve five per cent ethanol blending across the Country as a whole .
2. यह अधिसूचना, अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date ofpublication ofthe notification in the Official Gazette.
