The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 66 in the stretch of land from Km. 93.700 to Km. 283.300 (Goa-Karnataka Borader of Kundapur reach) in Panaji-Mangalore Section in District Uttara Kannada, in the State of Karnataka, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
