The brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/four laning, etc.) maintenance, management and operation of NH 66 (formerly NH 17), on the stretch of land from Km. 93/700 to Km. 283/300 (Goa-Karnataka Board to Kundapur reach in Panaji-Mangalore Section) in District Uttara Kannada and Udupai, in the State of Karnataka, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
