The Central Govt. after being satistifed that for the public purpose the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 47 including construction of bypasses, if any, on the stretch of land from Km. 379.100 to Km. 460.700 (Project chainage) (Chethalai-Oachira Section) in the State of Kerala, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
