कोयला मंत्रालय अधिसूचना

का.आ. 36(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज ( विकास औरविनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 67 ) की धारा 26 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2155( अ ) , तारीख 21 सितम्बर , 2011 के आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में " सलाहकार ( पी ) कोयला मंत्रालय....... ..सदस्य " शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक
केन्द्रीय खान योजना और डिजाइन संस्थान लिमिटेड.. ..सदस्य" ।

टिप्पण. मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में संख्यांक का.आ. 2155 ( अ ) , तारीख 21 सितम्बर , 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।

MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st January, 2013
S.O. 36( E).-In exercise of the powers conferredby clause (a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 26 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O. 2155 (E ) , dated the 21stSeptember, 2011 , namely :-
In the said order , after the words and brackets "Adviser (Projects) Ministry of Coal.... ......Member" the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"Chairman-cum -Managing Director
Central Mine Planning and Design Institute ...... Member" . Limited.
