जांच शुरूआत संबंधी अधिसूचना
विषय : चीन जन.गण, के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित प्रजेन्सिटाइज्ड पोजिटिव ऑफसेट एल्युमिनियम प्लेट्स/पी एस प्लेट्स के आयातों पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क के सनसैट समीक्षा ( एस एस आर ) की शुरूआत ।
फा. सं. 15 / 11 / 2012 - डीजीएडी.-यतः समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम 1975 एवं समय -समय पर यथासंशोधित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन , संग्रहण एवं क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 ( जिन्हें एतपश्चात् पाटनरोधी नियमावली कहा गया है ) को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 18 सितम्बर , 2012 की अधिसूचना सं. 15/ 11 /2012 - डीजीएडी द्वारा जांच की शुरूआत संबंधी अधिसूचना अधिसूचित की थी ।
दिनांक 18 सितम्बर , 2012 की उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा 13 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :
" 13. वर्तमान समीक्षा के प्रयोजनार्थ जांच अवधि (पी ओ आई ) 1 अप्रैल , 2011 से 31 मार्च, 2012 ( 12 महीने ) है । तथापि, क्षति विश्लेषण में वर्ष 2008-09 , 2009-10 , 2010-11 तथा पी ओ आई शामिल होगी । "

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 3rd January, 2013
INITIATION NOTIFICATION
Subject : Initiation of Sunset Review ( SSR) of Anti- Dumping duty imposed on the imports of Presensitised Positive Offset Aluminium . Plates/PS Plates , Originating in or exported from China PR.
F. No. 15/ 11 /2012- DGAD . Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti- dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination ofInjury) Rules , 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the AD Rules ) ; the Designated Authority has notified the Initiation Notification vide notification No. 15/ 11/2012 -DGAD , dated 18thSeptember , 2012 .
In the aforesaid Notification dated 18th September , 2012 , the Para 13 may be read as under :
" 13. The Period of Investigation (POI) for the purpose of the present review is from 1st April , 2011 to 31st March , 2012 ( 12 months ) . However, injury analysis shall cover the years 2008-09 , 2009-10 , 2010-11 and POI . "
