का.आ. 71 (अ),-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 505 (अ ) , तारीख 14 मार्च , 2008 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 14 मार्च , 2008 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " मालापुरम " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या । के सामने , तालुक " 2. पोन्ननी " के सामने , कॉलम (7 ) में, -
( i ) प्रविष्टि" ( 3 ) कलादी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " ( 3 ) कलादी: देसम- पोथनूर " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
( ii ) प्रविष्टि " ( 4 ) इझुवत्तीरुथी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि प्रविष्टियां " ( 4 क ) इझुवत्तीरुथी इझुवत्तीरुथी अमसोम" , " (4ख ) इझुवत्तीरुथी कादवान्द अमसोम " , और " (4ग) इझुवत्तीरुथी- इसवरामंगलम अमसोम " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
(iii ) प्रविष्टि" (8 ) पेरमपदप्पू" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" ( 8 ) पेरमपदप्पू- अयीरोर अमसोम " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

पाद टिप्पणी :-मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 505 (अ ) , तारीख 14 मार्च 2008 , द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 14 मार्च , 2008 में प्रकाशित की गई थी और जिसमें गत संशोधन का. आ. 2538 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 2009 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii) में तारीख 6 अक्तूबर , 2009 में किया गया था ।

New Delhi , the 7th January, 2013
S.O. 71 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby clause( a) ofSection 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport andHighways number S.O. 505 (E) dated, the 14th March 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) , dated the 14th March , 2008 , namely:--
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , against Serial No. 1 , relating to District "Malappuram " , against Taluk " 2. Ponnani " , in the column (7) ,-
(i) For the entry " ( 3) Kalady " the entry " (3) Kalady: Desam - Pothanur " shall be substituted;
(ii) For the entry " (4) Izhuvattiruthi " the entries " (4A) Izhuvattiruthi Izhuvattiruthi Amsom " , (4B) 2

Izhuvattiruthi Kadavanad Amsom , and (4C) Izhuvattiruthi - Eswaramangalam Amsom " shall be substituted, and
(iii) For the entry "( 8) Perumpadappu " the entry " (8 ) Perumpadappu Ayiroor Amsom " shall be substituted .
