The Central Govt, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the lands, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, rnanagement and operation of National Highway No. 16, in the stretch of land from km. 682.980 to km. 741.202 in the District of Visakhapatnam in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands.
