सं. ए, 45012/1 /2012-प्रशा.- III (वि.का. ) .-राष्ट्रपति, उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री डी. के. जैन को दिनांक 24 जनवरी , 2013 को सेवानिवृत्त होने पर , भारत के 20वें विधि आयोग का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करते हैं । यह नियुक्ति आयोग के अध्यक्ष के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आयोग का कार्यकाल समाप्त होने की तारीख अर्थात् दिनांक 31 अगस्त , 2015 तक की अवधि के लिए होगी ।

Jain , Judge, Supreme Court of India, on his retirement on 24th January, 2013 , as Chairperson of the 20th Law Cornmission of India, with effect from the date he assumes charge for the period up to 31st August, 2015, i.e. till the end of the term of the 20th Law Commission ofIndia.
