का.आ. 79(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 73) की धारा 30 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात परिषद् कहा गया है) को भारत सरकार , मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1548 (अ) , तारीख 7 जुलाई , 2011 द्वारा छह मास की अवधि के लिए अधिक्रांत कर दिया गया था ।
और परिषद् के अधिक्रमण की अवधि को अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 29(अ ), तारीख 4 जनवरी, 2012 द्वारा 7 जनवरी , 2012 से छह मास की अवधि के लिए और अधिसूचना सं० का.आ. 1510(अ) , तारीख 6 जुलाई, 2012 द्वारा 7 जुलाई , 2012 से आगे छह मास की अवधि और के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया था ।
अतः , अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 30 की उपधारा (3) के खंड (क) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् के अधिक्रमण की अवधि का 31 मार्च , 2013 तक विस्तार करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1548(अ), तारीख 7 जुलाई, 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 7 में " 6 जनवरी, 2013 तक की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च, 2013 तक की अवधि के लिए " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे।

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 1548 (अ) , तारीख 7 जुलाई , 2011 द्वारा जारी की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् का.आ .29 (अ ) , तारीख 4 जनवरी , 2012 और का.आ . 1510 (अ ), तारीख 6 जुलाई , 2012 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January, 2013
S.O. 79( E ) .- Whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 30 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993) superseded the National Council for Teacher Education ( hereinafter referred to as the Council) , for a period of six months vide the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development number S.O.1548 (E ) , dated the 7th July, 2011;
And whereas , the period of supersession of the Council was extended for a period of six months with effect from the 7th January , 2012 vide notification number S.O. 29( E) , dated the 4th January , 2012 and for a further period of six months with effect from the 7th July , 2012 vide Notification number S.O. 1510 (E ) , dated the 6th July, 2012;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) , read with clause ( a) of sub -section ( 3) of Section 30 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act , 1993 , the Central Government hereby extends the period ofsupersession of the Council upto 31st day of March , 2013 and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development number S.O. 1548 (E ) , dated the 7th July , 2011 , namely: -
In the said notification , in paragraph 7 , for the words and figures " for a period up to the 6th day of January , 2013 " , the words and figures " for a period up to the 31st day of March , 2013" shall be substituted.
