नई दिल्ली , 8 जनवरी , 2013 का.आ. 93 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2003 का 12 ) की धारा 54 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एक बैंककारी कंपनी , जिसके संबंध में केन्द्रीय सरकार ने बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 10 ) की धारा 45 के अधीन अधिसूचना जारी की है , को लोकहित में राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्षों की अवधिके लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिनियम , 2002 की धारा 5 और धारा 6 के लागू होने से छूट प्रदान करती है ।

S.O. 93(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 54 of the Competition Act, 2002 ( 12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby exempts a banking company in respect of which the Central Government has issued a notification under Section 45 of the Banking Regulation Act , 1949 (10 of 1949) , from the application of the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 of the CompetitionAct, 2002, in public interest for a period of five years from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
