सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 8 जनवरी, 2013
का.आ. 94(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 129 (अ), तारीख 20 जनवरी, 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ।।, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में तारीख 20 जनवरी, 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
जिला "बेंगलुरु" से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, तालुक "बेंगलुरु साउथ" , के सामने, कॉलम (5) के नीचे, प्रविष्टि " ( 10 ) उत्तरहल्लि" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " (10) उत्तरहल्लिमनवर्तेकावल " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th January, 2013
S.O. 94 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 129 (E) , dated the 20th January 2012 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- Section (ii ) , dated the 20th January 2012 namely: -
In the schedule to the said notification ,-
Against serial number 4 relating to District "BANGALORE " , " Taluk Bangalore South' , under column no . 5, for the entry " ( 10) Uttarahalli " , the entry " ( 10) Uttarahallimanavarthekaval " shall be substituted .
