का.आ. 83(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
उक्त अनुसूची में यूनानी से संबंधित भाग- II में , " उत्तर प्रदेश " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय , अलीगढ़ से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 21 के सामने ,
(क) कॉलम (3 ) , के " एम.डी. ( यूनानी ) " के सामने कॉलम 4 में, वर्तमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:
" 1978 से 1987 तक"

S.O. 83(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferredby sub - section (2 ) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments inthe Second Schedule to the said Act , namely:-
In Part II of the said Schedule , relating to Unani , under the heading Uttar Pradesh, against serial number 21 relatingtoMuslim University, Aligarh, -
(a) in column 4 against " M.D. ( Unani ) " of column (3), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"From 1978 to 1987" ;
