का.आ. 119(अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/ केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 11 - क के अंतर्गत मुख्य योजना/जोन - एफ की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा सुझाव देना हो , तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , बी -ब्लॉक, विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपने फोन , फैक्स, ई - मेल आई डी एवं मोबाइल नम्बर के अतिरिक्त अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
संशोधन:
जोन ' एफ ' में ए-14 , कालकाजी एक्सटेंशन में 3.068 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र के भूमि उपयोग को ' सामुदायिक केन्द्र ( व्यावसायिक ) ' से ' आवासीय' में और 3.068 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र के भूमि उपयोग को ' आवासीय ' से ' सामुदायिक केन्द्र ( व्यावसायिक ) ' में परिवर्तन । प्लाटों की सीमा ( बाउण्ड्री) का विवरण निम्नानुसार है : --

प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उपर्युक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों को उप- निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , छटी मंजिल , विकास मीनार, आई.पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली-110002 में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 10th January, 2013
S.O. 119(E). The following modifications which the Delhi Development Authority/Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan for Zone ' F ' under Section 11 -A of, the DD Act, 1957 are hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/suggestion in writing to the Commissioner - cum - Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, B-Block , Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 , within a period of thirty days from the date of this Public Notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
Modifications :
The change of land use of 3.068 ha from ' Community Centre ( Commercial ) ' to ' Residential ' and 3.068 ha from 'Residential ' to ' Community Centre (Commercial ) ' at A- 14, Kalakaji Extn . in Zone - ' F ' . The boundary description ofthe plotsis as under :-
