का.आ. 120(अ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 67 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में , निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसके अंतर्गत ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है, जो राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुए हैं, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है : --

महाराष्ट्र की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए निर्वाचन ।
