New Delhi , the 10th January, 2013 पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 10 जनवरी , 2013
का.आ. 127(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकारके पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1533(अ ) , तारीख 14 सितम्बर , 2006 के पैरा 5 के साथ पठित पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , पश्चिमी बंगाल सरकार के परामर्श से निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को राज्य स्तरीय अंकन समिति का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रायल की भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1333 ( अ ) तारीख 7 जून , 2010 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
S.O. 127( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with paragraph 5 of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) number S.O. 1533 (E) , dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government in consultation with the State Government of West Bengal , hereby appoints the following person as Chairman to the State level Expert Appraisal Committee and for that purpose, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification oftheGovernment of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) number S.O 1333 (Ε) , dated the 7th June , 2010 namely:---
उक्तअधिसूचना के पैरा 4 में , क्रम सं. 1 और उससे संबधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी , अर्थात:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 4, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:---
" 1. प्रो. (डा. ) सुदर्शन नियोगी , रसायन इंजीनियरी विभाग , भारतीय प्रौद्योगिक संस्थान , खड़गपुर-721 302 , पश्चिमी बंगाल । -अध्यक्ष । " ।
" 1.Prof. ( Dr. ) Sudarsan Neogi , -Chairman . " . Department of Chemical Engineering , Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur - 721 302, WestBengal .
