सा.का.नि. 19(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद , उत्पादन और उपलब्धता ( विनियम ) आदेश , 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद, उत्पादन और उपलब्धता (विनियम) संशोधन आदेश , 2012 है ।
(2 ) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद , उत्पादन और उपलब्धता ( विनियम ) आदेश , 2011 में , खंड 6 में, " अपील प्राधिकारी का विनिश्चय अंतिम होगा " शब्दों के स्थान पर " अपील प्राधिकारी अपील फाइल किए जाने की तारीख से छः मास की अवधि के भीतर अपील का निपटारा करेगा । " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Food and Public Distribution) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th January, 2013
G.S.R. 19 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ofthe Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Vegetable Oil Products , Production and Availability (Regulation) Order, 2011 , namely :-
1.(1) This order may be called the Vegetable Oil Products , Production andAvailability (Regulation) Amendment Order, 2012 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Vegetable Oil Products , Production and Availability (Regulation) Order, 2011 , in clause 6, for the words "decision of the Appellate Authority shall be final , " the words "Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal ."
