No. TAMP/30/ 2011 - MOPT. This Authority had passed an Order on 2nd May, 2012 in Case No. TAMP/ 30 / 2011 - MOPT relating a proposal from Mormugao Port Trust (MOPT) for fixation of charges for cargo handling by the Transhippers and Floating cranes . This Order has been notifed in the Gazette of India Extraordinary ( Part III-Section 4) on 4th June , 2012 vide Gazette No. 143 .
सं. टीएएमपी/30/2011- एमओपीटी. इस प्राधिकरण ने ट्रान्शिपर्स एवं फ्लोटिंग क्रेन के द्वारा कार्गो प्रहस्तन के लिए प्रभार निर्धारण हेतु , मुरगाँव पत्तन न्यास ( एमओपीटी ) से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंधित मामला क्रं. टीएएमपी/30/2011 - एमओपीटी पर दिनांक 2 मई , 2012 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । इस आदेश को भारत का राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग III , खण्ड 4 में राजपत्र संख्या 143 के माध्यम से 4 जून , 2012 को अधिसूचित किया गया था ।
2. उपरोक्त उल्लेखित आदेश की राजपत्र अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी पाठ में एक पैरा का मुद्रण नहीं हुआ है । निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ को राजपत्र अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी पाठ के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के पहले पढ़ा जाना है:
2.There is omission of a paragraph in the English version of the Gazette Notification of the above mentioned Order. The following paragraph be read prior to paragraph 2.1 of the English version of the said Gazette Notification :
"This case relates to the proposal received " यह मामला ट्रान्शिपर्स एवं फ्लोटिंग क्रेन के द्वारा कार्यों प्रहस्तन के लिए प्रभार निर्धारण हेतु , मुरगाँव पत्तन न्यास (एमओपीटी) से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंधित है । "
