The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule below is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 148D on the stretch of land from km 73.720 to Km 71.390 to km. 66.575 of MDR-52 (Gulabpura-Uniara Section) in District Tonk in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
