The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 2 on the stretch of land from Km. 180.000 to Km. 188.530 (Aurangabad-Barwa Adda Section) in the District Aurangabad in the State of Bihar, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
