The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 73, renamed as NH-344 on the stretch from Km. 22.000 to Km. 70.890 and NH No. 72A renamed as NH-307, on the stretch from Km. 0.000 to Km. 6.940 and km. 8.700 to km. 20.000 in District Saharanpur in the State of Uttar Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
