सा.का.नि. 25 (अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 75 की उपधारा (2) और (3) , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 37 की उपधारा (2 ) और (2क), वित्त अधिनियम , 1994 ( 1994 का 32) की धारा 93क और धारा 94 की उपधारा (2) और (3) के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सेवाकर प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली , 1995 के नियम 3,4 और 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 92/ 2012-सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , 4 अक्तूबर, 2012, जिसे सा.का.नि. 742 (अ) , दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2012 के तहत् प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, " चीनी मिटटी के उत्पाद" से सम्बंधित अध्याय-69 में , उपशीर्ष 6902 के अंतर्गत आने वाली टैरिफ मद और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित टैरिफ मदों और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः-

GS.R. 25 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (2 ) and (3 ) of section 75 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , sub - sections ( 2 ) and (2A) of section 37 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , section 93A and sub - sections (2 ) and (3 ) of section 94 of the Finance Act , 1994 (32 of 1994) , read with rules 3, 4 and 5 of the Customs , Central Excise Duties and Service Tax Drawback Rules , 1995 , the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 92/2012- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 4th October , 2012 published vide number G.S.R. 742 (E) , dated the 4th October , 2012 , namely: -
