The Central Govt, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, hereby appoints Shri Justice Ajit Bharihoke, Additional Judge (Retd.), Delhi High Court, as whole-time Member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the forenoon of 13th December, 2012, for a period of five years.
