का.आ. 174(अ) .-केन्द्र सरकार , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 15 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 61 ) की धारा 10 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 13 सितम्बर , 2010 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 10 सितम्बर , 2010 के सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना का.आ. 2231 ( अ ) में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है जो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे , नामतः :-

S.O. 174 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956(61 of 1956), read with rule 15 ofthe Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules , 2006 the Central Government hereby, makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises S.O. 2231 ( E) , dated the 10th September, 2010 , published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) dated the 13th September, 2010 , which will take effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification , namely :-
In the said notification , for serial numbers 3 and 4 and entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted namely:-
