का.आ. 178(अ) . राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , यहां संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों का इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से झारखण्ड राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 99 के कि.मी. के निर्माण ( चौड़ीकरण , पुनसरेखण आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के कालम ( 4 ) ( 5 ) (6 ) तथा ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों , तालुक , पुलिस स्टेशन तथा गांवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के कालम (3 ) में संगत प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के खंड के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उल्लिखित प्राधिकारियों के कार्य करने के लिए एतद्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th January, 2013
S.O. 178 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 ofthe National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) ofthe Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule relating to districts , taluk , police station and villages mentioned in column (4) , (5) , (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building ( widening/ re- alignment , etc.) maintenance , management and operation of the National Highway No. 99 in the State of Jharkhand.
