सं. 6/2013-सीमा-शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) का.आ. 191 ( अ ), सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उप- वाक्य ( ख ) और (ग ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994 ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 , जिसे का.आ. 830 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 के तहत् भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था , में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, यथा :
S.O. 191 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No.63/1994-Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) vide number S.O. 830(E) , dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :---
Inthe said notification , in the Table , against serial number 2 relating to Land Frontiers of Bangladesh , in columns (3 ) and (4) , the entries at serial number (38 ) pertaining to ' Namkhana ' shall be omitted.
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में , बंगलादेश के सीमांत क्षेत्र से संबंधित क्रम सं. 2 के समक्ष, कॉलम ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) में, क्रम संख्या ( 38 ) में प्रस्तुत ' नामखाना ' से सम्बंधित प्रविष्टियों को निरसित कर दिया जाएगा ।

Note :-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide notification No. 63 / 1994-Customs ( N.T. ) , dated the 21stNovember, 1994 [S. O. 830(E) , dated the 21st November, 1994] and last amended vide notification No. 68/2012- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 8th August, 2012 [ S.O. 1767 (E) , dated the 8thAugust , 2012 ] .
नोट :-प्रधान अधिसूचना को भारत के राजपत्र में, अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994- सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 [का.आ. 830 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] के तहत् प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 68/2012-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै ) , दिनांक 8 अगस्त, 2012 [का.आ. 1767 (अ ) , दिनांक 8 अगस्त, 2012 ] के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है ।
