The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 26(B) on the stretch of land of Chhindwara Bypass Section in District Chhindwara in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
