महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण शुद्धि-पत्र
(दिसम्बर , 2012 के 17वें दिन पारित ) मुम्बई, 16 जनवरी , 2013
सं. टीएएमपी/ 53/2009-वीपीटी.-ईस्ट क्वे 1 ए पर थर्मल और स्टील कोल चढाने के लिए प्रस्तावित बार्थ हेतु अपफ्रंट प्रशुल्क निर्धारण के लिए विशाखापट्टनम पत्तन न्यास से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव के प्रसंग में, इस प्राधिकरण ने अपने पूर्व के आदेश सं. टीएएमपी/532/ 2009- वीपीटी, दिनांक 4 मई, 2010 पर, जिसे अधिसूचना संख्या 161 के माध्यम से भारत के राजपत्र में 11 जून , 2010 को अधिसूचित किया गया था, दिनांक 9 अप्रैल , 2012 को एक शुद्धि -पत्र पारित किया था । इस शुद्धि- पत्र को भारत का राजपत्र ( असाधारण के भाग III, खंड 4 ) में राजपत्र संख्या 103 के माध्यम से 25 अप्रैल , 2012 को अधिसूचित किया गया है ।
2. कथित शुद्धि- पत्र के अंग्रेजी और हिन्दी पाठ में मुद्रण भूल हुई है । कथित शुद्धि- पत्र के अंग्रेजी और हिन्दी पाठ के प्रथम पैराग्राफ को निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफ से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
" इस प्राधिकरण ने विशाखापट्टनम पत्तन न्यास पर थर्मल कोल और स्टीम कोल प्रहस्तन हेतु अग्रिम प्रशुल्क निर्धारण करने से संबंधित मामला सं. टीएएमपी/53 /2009-वीपीटी पर, दिनांक 4 मई , 2010 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । इस आदेश को भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण के भाग III , खंड 4 ) में राजपत्र संख्या 161 के माध्यम से 11 जून , 2010 को अधिसूचित किया गया है । "

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
CORRIGENDUM
(Passed on this 17th day of December, 2012)
Mumbai , the 16th January, 2013
No. TAMP/53/2009 - VPT.-This Authority had passed a Corrigendum on 9th April, 2012 to its earlier Order No. TAMP/ 53 /2009- VPT, dated 4th May, 2010 relating to theproposal from the Visakhapatnam Port Trust for fixation ofupfront tariff for proposed berth for loading thermal and steam coal at the East Quay 1A which was notified on 11th June, 2010 vide Gazette No. 161. This Corrigendum has been published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III, Section 4) on 25th April , 2012 videGazette No. 103 .
2. There is printing error in the first paragraph of Hindi and English version of the said Corrigendum. The first paragraph in the Hindi and English version of the said Corrigendum stands replaced by the following paragraph:-
"ThisAuthority has passed an Order dated 4th May, 2010 in the case No. TAMP/ 53/2009 - VPT relating to setting upfront tariff for handling thermal coal and steam coal at the Visakhapatnam Port Trust ( VPT) . This Order has been notified in theGazette of IndiaExtraordinary (Part III , Section 4) on 11th June, 2010 vide Gazette No. 161 ,"
