नई दिल्ली , 22 जनवरी , 2013
का.आ. 224(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , रेल अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 24 ) की धारा 20क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन जारी , और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 7 सितम्बर , 2012 में प्रकाशित , भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय ( रेलवे बोर्ड ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2056 (अ) , तारीख 6 सितम्बर, 2012 द्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि को, हरियाणा राज्य के विशेष रेल परियोजना , अर्थात्, वेस्टर्न डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरीडोर के निष्पादन , के लिए अर्जित करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी;
और , उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20क की उप - धारा (4 ) के अधीन दो स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों, अर्थात् द ट्रिब्यून , तारीख 17 अक्तूबर , 2012 और दैनिक भास्कर, तारीख 17 अक्तूबर , 2012 में प्रकाशित किया गया था;
और, सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं किया गया है;
और , सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में , अपनी रिपोर्ट केन्द्रीय सरकार को सौंप दीहै;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राधिकारी से उक्त रिपोर्ट के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा करती है

कि इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जित की जाएगी;
यह और कि, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ङ की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने पर, इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि सभी विल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर केन्द्रीय सरकार में आत्यंतिक रूप से निहित हो जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd January, 2013
S.O. 224(E ). Whereas , by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) , number S.O. 2056 (E) , dated the 6th September , 2012, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 7th September , 2012 and issued under sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 20A of the Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989 ) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution , the Special Railway Project , namely, Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in the State of Haryana;
And, whereas , the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers , namely, The Tribune , dated the 17th October, 2012 and Dainik Bhaskar, dated the 17th October, 2012 under sub- section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act;
And, whereas , no objection has been received by the competent authority;
And, whereas , in pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 20E of the said Act , the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government ;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 20E ofthe said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E ofthe said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances .
