सं. 02/2013-सीमा-शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 42(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में अधिसूचना सं. 12/2012- सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 17 मार्च , 2012 , सा.का.नि. 185 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 मार्च , 2012 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित हुई थी , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में ,-
( i ) क्रम संख्या 51 के सामने , स्तम्भ (3 ) , मद II , उप - मद ( क ) , ( ख ) तथा ( ग ) के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः " 2.5% " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( ii ) क्रम संख्या 55 के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " 2.5 % " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(iii ) क्रम संख्या 57 के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि " 2.5% " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( iv ) क्रम संख्या 62 के सामने , स्तम्भ (4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " 2.5% " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(v) क्रम संख्या 65 के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " 2.5 % " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

No. 02/2013 -Customs
G.S.R. 42(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) , No. 12/2012 - Customs , dated the 17th March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide GS.R. 185 (E), dated the 17th March, 2012, namely :-
Inthe said notification , in the Table ,-
( i) against S. No. 51 , for the entries occurring in column (4) against clauses (A) , (B) and (C) of item II of column (3), the entry " 2.5 % " shall respectively be substituted;
( ii) against S. No. 55, for the entry in column (4), the entry "2.5 % " shall be substituted;
(iii) against S. No. 57 , for the entry in column (4) , the entry " 2.5 % " shall be substituted;
( iv) against S. No. 62, for the entry in column (4), the entry " 2.5 % " shall be substituted ;
(v) against S. No. 65 , for the entry in column(4), the entry " 2.5 % " shall be substituted ;

Note: The principal notification No. 12/2012 -Customs , dated the 17th March , 2012 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 185 (E ) , datedthe 17th March, 2012 , and was last amended vide notification No. 01/ 2013 -Customs , dated the 21st January, 2013 , published vide number G.S.R. 35 ( E) , dated 21st January, 2013 .
