का.आ. 241 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2010 का 19 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) तथा धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री बिक्रम सिंह सजवाण , टाईप V क्वार्टर , हेलीपैड रोड, पी सेक्टर, ईटानगर , पापुम पारे , अरूणाचल प्रदेश-791111 , को दिनांक 7 जनवरी , 2013 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक , इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो , राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण के विशेषज्ञ सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd January, 2013
S.O. 241 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections ( 1 ) and (3) of Section 6 and Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 ( 19 of 2010 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Bikram Singh Sajwan, Type - V Quarters , Helipad Road, P Sector , Itanagar, Papum Pare , Arunachal Pradesh -791111 , as the Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from 7th January, 2013 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty - five years , whichever is earlier.
