का.आ. 238(अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( क ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2585 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 अक्तूबर , 2009 का आंशिक आशोधन करते हुए, श्री किशोर कुमार शर्मा , अतिरिक्त मंडल आयुक्त कोटा मंडल , राजस्थान सरकार, को भारत पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड की कोटा-जौबनेर पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए राजस्थान राज्य के भीतर एवं बीना- कोटा पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए मध्य प्रदेश और राजस्थान राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर और मांगल्या ( इंदौर ) से पियाला/बिजवासन तक की मुम्बई, मांगल्या पाइपलाइन विस्तार परियोजना के लिए दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, हरियाणा , उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान राज्यों के भीतर सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।
S.O. 238 (E) . In partial modification of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 2585 (E) , dated the 9th October, 2009 and in pursuance ofclause ( a) of Section 2 ofthe Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land)Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorises Shri Kishore Kumar Sharma , Additional Devisional Commissioner Kota Division , to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act, for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited's Kota - Jobner pipeline in the State of Rajasthan in addition to his role as Competent Authority for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited'sBina-Kota Pipeline Project for States of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai - Manglya Pipeline Extension Project from Manglya ( Indore) to Piyala/Bijwasan withinNCT ofDelhi and States of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan .
