का.आ. 273(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा (1 ) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , के आदेश सं. का. आ. 93 ( अ) , तारीख 29जनवरी, 1998 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में " पंद्रह वर्ष की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के स्थान पर " सोलह वर्ष की अवधि के लिए " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 24th January, 2013
S.O. 273 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1 ) and (3 ) ofSection 3 ofthe Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order oftheGovernment of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 93 ( E) , dated the 29th January, 1998 , namely :---
In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words " for a period of fifteen years " , the words " for a period of sixteen years " shall be substituted .
