का.आ. 269(अ).-जबकि, केन्द्र सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 34) की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित , भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2161 (अ ) दिनांक 01 सितम्बर , 2010 के तहत और भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II , खण्ड 3 , उप खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित , भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1584 (अ ) दिनांक 16 जुलाई , 2012 के तहत IV अतिरिक्त मेट्रोपोलिटिन सत्र न्यायाधीश-सह- XVIII अतिरिक्त मुख्य न्यायाधीश , सिटी सिविल कोर्ट, हैदराबाद को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनार्थ अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण हेतु श्री वी. राधा कृष्ण कृपा सागर , जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता वाले विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था और जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार सम्पूर्ण आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य था ।
और जबकि, उच्च न्यायालय , आंध्र प्रदेश , हैदराबाद के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने श्री वी. राधा कृष्ण कृपा सागर , जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता वाले IV अतिरिक्त मेट्रोपोलिटिन सत्र न्यायाधीश- सह- XVIII अतिरिक्त मुख्य न्यायाधीश , सिटी सिविल कोर्ट , हैदराबाद के स्थान पर श्री जी. लक्ष्मीपति की अध्यक्षता वाले प्रथम अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय , हैदराबाद को राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण ( एन आई ए ) द्वारा जांच - पड़ताल किए गए अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में संस्तुति की है;

अब , इसलिए, राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री जी. लक्ष्मीपति, न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता वाले प्रथम मेट्रोपोलिटिन सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय , हैदराबाद के न्यायालय को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनार्थ अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
ऊपर उल्लिखित विशेष न्यायालय का क्षेत्राधिकार सम्पूर्ण आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य होगा । [फा. सं. 17011 /50/2009- आई एस- VI ( IV ) ] राकेश सिंह , संयुक्तसचिव

S.O. 269( E) . Whereas , the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008 ) , had notified the Court of IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum - XVIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court , Hyderabad as the Special Court presided over by Shri V. Radha Krishna Krupa. Sagar , District and Sessions Judge for purposes of sub - section (1) of Section 11 of the said Act for the trial of Scheduled Offences having Jurisdiction throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh vide notification of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) , vide number S. O. 2161 ( E) , dated the 1st September, 2010 and notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , vide number 1584 (E) , dated 16th July, 2012 ;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court , Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad has recommended the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court , Hyderabad as the Special Court for trial of Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency presided over by Shri G. Laxmipathi in lieu of the Court of IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge- cum - XVIII Additional Chief Judge , City Civil Court , Hyderabad

presided over by Shri V. Radha Krishna Krupa Sagar, District and Sessions Judge ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 , the Central Government hereby notifies the Court of I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court , Hyderabad presided over by Shri G Laxmipathi , Judge as the Special Court for the purpose ofthe said sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 ofthe SaidAct for the trial of Scheduled Offences .
The Jurisdiction of the Special Court mentioned above shall extend throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
