का.आ. 251(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

दूसरी अनुसूची में, " राजस्थान " शीर्षक के अधीन , क्रम संख्यांक 13 घघग तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जायेंगी , अर्थात्:-
