Central Government hereby appoints Commissioner of Railway Safety, Western Circle, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety in respect of the Metro Railway Project in Jaipur Metropolitan area as defined in clause (8) of Section 2 of the Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982 (Rajasthan Act No. 25 of 1982) with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
