का.आ. 277( अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, खान अधिनियम, 1952 (1952का 35 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा श्री राहुल गुहा, खान सुरक्षा के उप महानिदेशक को खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशालय संगठन में सभी प्रांतों जिसके लिए उक्त अधिनियम लागू है, मुख्य खान निरीक्षक के पद पर 1-2-2013 से इस पद पर नियमित नियुक्ति होने तक निहित नियमों के आधार पर नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 277 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 ofthe Mines Act , 1952(35 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rahul Guha, Deputy Director General of Mines Safety, in the Directorate General of Mines Safety Organisation to be the Chief Inspector of Mines for all the territories to which the saidAct extends with effect from 1-2-2013 till the time of a regular appointment against this post as per the extantRules .
