S.O. 276 (E).-Whereas B - 737-300 aircraft A6 - EBO ofEmirates met with a serious incident of in - flight engine fire while operating flight EK 373 ( BKK - DXB ) on 7-11-2012 .
का.आ. 276(अ).-जबकि बी-737-300 ए 6- ईबीओ ऐमिरेट्सविमान दिनांक7-11-2012 को ईके 373 ( बीकेके डीएक्सबी) उड़ान का प्रचालन करते समय इनफ्लाइट इंजन में आग लगने की गंभीर घटना हुई ।
And, whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the cause and contributory factors leading to the serious incident and to make recommendations to avoid reoccurrence of such serious incident in future .
और , जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह उचित प्रतीत होता है कि गम्भीर घटनाओं के कारण और अंशदायी कारकों का अन्वेषण और निर्धारण किया जाना , और भविष्य में ऐसी गम्भीर घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति से बचने के लिए सिफारिशें करना व्यावहारिक है ।
अब , वायुयान नियमावली , 2012 के नियम 11 ( 1 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त दुर्घटना की औपचारिक जांच की जाए ।
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Rule 11 ( 1 ) of the Aircraft ( Investigation of Accident and Incidents) Rules , 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that an inquiry of the said serious incident be held .
केन्द्रीय सरकार, गम्भीर दुर्घटना की परिस्थितियों की जांच करने के उद्देश्य से , श्री आर. एस. पासी की अध्यक्षता में निम्नलिखित सदस्यों की एक जांच समिति नियुक्त करती है :-
The Central Government is pleased to appoint a Committee of Inquiry headed by Shri R. S. Passi with the following members to inquire into the circumstances of this serious incident :-
1. कैप्टन एम. घडियाली -सदस्य
-Member
1. Capt. M. Ghadiyali
2. श्री अनिल मेनन
-सदस्य
2. Shri Anil Menon
-Member जब कभी अपेक्षित होगा , समिति , अन्य विशेषज्ञों/एजेंसियों की सहायता भी लेगी ।
The Committee will also take assistance of other experts/ agencies whenever required.
समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा ।
The Headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi .
समिति तीन महीने के भीतर इसकी जांच पूरी करके अपनी रिपोर्ट केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगी ।
