का.आ. 292( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 4 , खण्ड 5 और खण्ड 10 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय के तारीख 11 मई , 2012 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित आदेश सं. का.आ. 1059( अ ) , तारीख 11 मई , 2012 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में-
" (i ) खण्ड ( क ) में, " चीनी सीजन , 2011-2012 " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर , " चीनी सीजन, 2011-2012 या 2012-2013 " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(ii) खण्ड ( ख ) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) में, " खाद्यान्न से खाद्यान्न " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " खाद्यान्न से खाद्यान्न आधार या वास्तविक उपभोक्ता स्थिति के आधार पर " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 30th January, 2013
S.O. 292 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ofthe Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955), read with clauses 4, 5 and 10 of the Sugar (Control ) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Department of Food and Public Distribution , number S.O. 1059 (E) , dated the 11th May, 2012 , published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 11th May, 2012 , as under :--
In the said order-
"(i) in clause ( a), for the words and figures " sugar season 2011-2012 " , the words and figures " sugar season 2011-2012 or 2012-2013 " shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (b) , in sub -clause ( i) , for the words "grain- to-grain basis", the words " grain- to- grain basis or actual user condition basis " shall be substituted ."
