सा.का.नि. 56(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, गुड़ ( उपयोग का विनियमन ) आदेश , 1968 के खंड 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता ( खाद्य विभाग ) मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( i ) में सा.का.नि. 993 /एस.कॉम/गुड़ तारीख 23 मई , 1968 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में मद ( 10 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

" ( 10 ) जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, जिला कलक्टर , जिला राजस्व
आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में उनकी संबंधित अधिकारिता के भीतर " ।
अधिकारी , उप प्रभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट , राजस्व प्रभागीय अधिकारी , आयुक्त सिविल आपूर्ति, उपायुक्त सिविल आपूर्ति, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक की पंक्ति से ऊपर के पुलिस अधिकारी और आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में प्रतिषेध और उत्पाद निरीक्षकों की श्रेणी के ऊपर के राज्य प्रतिषेध और उत्पाद विभाग के अधिकारी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January, 2013
G. S. R. 56( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Gur (Regulation of Use ) Order , 1968 the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food , Agriculture, Community Development and Co - operation (Department of Food ) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) ,vide number G.S.R. 993/ ESS.Com ./Gur , dated the 23rd May, 1968 , namely:-
In the said notification , for item (x) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and the entries shall be substituted, namely: -

Withintheir respective jurisdiction in the State ofAndhra Pradesh " .
"(x) District Magistrates , Collectors of Districts , District Revenue Officers, Sub-Divisional Magistrates , Revenue Divisional Officers , Commissioners of Civil Supplies , Deputy Commissioners of Civil Supplies, Police Officers not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent ofPolice and Officers of State Prohibition and Excise Department not below the rank of Prohibition and Excise Inspectors in the State of Andhra Pradesh .
