का.आ. 297 ( अ ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपवाक्य ( क ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 828 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 [ सं. 61/94-( गै.टे. ) सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] , में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , क्रम सं. 8 के समक्ष , कॉलम ( 3 ) में, मद ( ख ) के समक्ष " मंगलौर " वायु पत्तन के संबंध में, कॉलम 4 में दी गई प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा यथा :-

" आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यात माल या किसी वर्ग के ऐसे ही माल की लदवाई । "

टिप्पणी.- प्रधान अधिसूचना सं. 61 /94-सीमाशुल्क ( गै.टे. ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 को का.आ. 828 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 58/2011- सीमाशुल्क ( गै.टे. ) , दिनांक 19 अगस्त , 2011 के तहत संशोधन किया गया था तथा का.आ. 1935 ( अ ) , दिनांक 19 अगस्त , 2011 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था ।

S.O. 297 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the CustomsAct, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E) , dated the 21st November, 1994 No. 61 /94- (N.T. ) Customs , dated the 21st November, 1994] , namely :-
2. In the Table to the said notification , against serial No. 8 , in column (3 ) against item (b) relating to Airport "Mangalore" , for the entry under column ( 4 ), the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-

"Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods" .

Note. The principal notification No. 61/94- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 21st November , 1994 was published vide number S.O. 828 (E ) , dated the 21st November , 1994 and was last amended vide notification No. 58 / 2011 - Customs (N.T.) , dated the 19th August, 2011 and published vide number S.O. 1935 (E) , dated the 19th August, 2011 .
