का.आ. 298(अ).-यतः मै . कोचीन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट ने केरल राज्य के ग्राम वल्लारपद्द्म, मुलावकाडू/फोर्ट कोच्ची, जिला एर्नाकुलम में स्थित पत्तन में विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28) , ( जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;
और यतः , केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया जिनका विवरण इस प्रकार है: -

और यतः , मै. कोचीन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट ने उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 4.8035 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनाधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है और केन्द्र सरकार ने उक्त प्रस्ताव पर विचार करके उसे अनुमोदित कर दिया है ;
अतः अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के

अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 4.8035 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनाधिसूचित करती है, जिसके परिमाणतः कुल क्षेत्र 110.4465 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा, जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January, 2013
S.O. 298 (E) . Whereas , M/ s . Cochin Port Trust had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 ( 28 of 2005 ) , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) to set up a Special Economic Zone in the port at Vallarpadom , Mulavukadu /Fort Kochi Village , Ernakulam District, in the State of Kerala;
AND , WHEREAS, the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below: -

AND , WHEREAS , M/ s . Cochin Port Trust has now proposed for de- notification of4.8035 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal has approved it ;
NOW, THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of [ भाग II-खण्ड 3( ii ) ]

de-notifies an area rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby of 4.8035 hectares , thereby making resultant area as 110.4465 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: -
