का.आ. 302(अ) .-यतः मै . आई एफ एफ सी ओ किसान एस ई जेड लिमिटेड ने आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के ग्राम रेगडीचेलिका, रचरलापडु, चोवदुपुटेद , उचागुन्टापालम , उत्तरी अम्मुलुरू, बोदुवारीपालम; मण्डल कोडावलुरू , दागाधरती , अल्लूर; जिला नेल्लोर में एक बहु- उत्पाद के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित किया जिनका विवरण इस प्रकार है: -

और यतः , मै . आई एफ एफ सी ओ किसान एस ई जेड लिमिटेड ने उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 20.23 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनाधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है और केन्द्र सरकार ने उक्त प्रस्ताव पर विचार करके उसे अनुमोदित कर दिया है;
अतः अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के

अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 20.23 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनाधिसूचित करती है , जिसके परिमाणतः कुल क्षेत्र 1002.97 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा , जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं , अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th January, 2013
S.O. 302 (E ) . Whereas , M/ s . IFFCO Kisan SEZ Limited had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a multi- product Sepcial Economic Zone at Villages Regadichelika , Racharlapadu , Chowduputtedu , Uchaguntapalem, North Ammuluru, Bodduvaripalem ; Mandals Kodavaluru, Dagadharthi , Allur; District Nellore in the State ofAndhra Pradesh;
AND , WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below: -

AND , WHEREAS , M/ S . IFFCO Kisan SEZ Limited has now proposed for de- notification of 20.23 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal has approved it ;
NOW, THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub -section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby de- notifies an area of 20.23 hectares , thereby making resultant area as 1002.97 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: -
