का.आ. 316(अ).- केन्द्र सरकार, सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) , अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) , की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कार्यपालक इंजीनियर, गाजियाबाद केन्द्रीय प्रभाग , गाजियाबाद को भारत सरकार का राजपत्रित अधिकारी होने के नाते, इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ सम्पदा अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्तकरती है और यह भी निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिकारी, प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और केन्द्र सरकार की सैक्टर 19, कमला नेहरू नगर, गाजियाबाद में साइनबोर्ड लगी 1012.45 एकड़ भूमिके संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत अथवा द्वारा सम्पदा अधिकारी कोदिए गए कार्य निष्पादित करेगा ।

S.O. 316(E) . In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 ofthe Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Executive Engineer , Ghaziabad Centrai Division , Ghaziabad being Gazetted Officer of Government of India to be estate officer for the purposes ofthe said Act and further directs that the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred , and perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act , regarding 1012.45 acres of Central Government land signaged at Sector 19, Kamala Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad.
