का. आ. 321 (अ).आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 10 के खंड ( 15 ) के उप- खंड ( iv ) की मद ( ज ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा संख्या का.आ. 2717 ( अ ) , दिनांक 15 नवम्बर , 2012 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में शुद्धि- पत्र के साथ पठित भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित सं. का. आ. 2685 ( अ ) , दिनांक 6 नवम्बर , 2012 द्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग ( केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड ) की अधिसूचना में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , पैरा ( ञ ) के बाद आने वाली सारणी में क्रम सं. 10 एवं उनमें की गई प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NewDelhi , the 5th February, 2013
S.O. 321 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by item (h) ofsub- clause (iv) ofclause ( 15) of Section 10 of the Income-taxAct, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Direct Taxes ) vide number S.O. 2685 (E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ) , dated the 6thNovember, 2012 , read with corrigendum in the Gazette ofIndia vide number S.O. 2717 (E), dated the 15th November, 2012, with effect from its date of publication, namely:-
2. In the said notification , in the Table occurring after paragraph (j ) , after serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:--
