सा.का.नि. 66 (अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा प्रधान सचिव ( परिवहन और पत्तन ) , गृह विभाग , महाराष्ट्र सरकार को 31-03-2014अथवा अगले आदेश होने तक, जो भी पहले हो , मुम्बई पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में महाराष्ट्र सरकार के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
2. उक्त नियुक्ति सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

GS.R. 66 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub - section ( 6) ofSection 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Principal Secretary ( Transport & Ports ) , Home Department , Government of Maharashtra as a representative of Government of Maharashtra on the Board of Trustees for Mumbai Port Trust upto 31-03-2014 or until further orders , whichever is earlier.
2. The said appointment shall come into effect from the date of publication of the Notification in the Official Gazette.
