" संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा मुझे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं, एतद्वारा लोक सभा को गुरुवार, 21 फरवरी , 2013 को पूर्वाह्न 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में अधिवेशन के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूँ ।
