No. RS. 1 / 1/2013 - L.--The following Order by the President dated the 5th February, 2013 is published for general information :-
" संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं , एतद्वारा राज्य सभा को बृहस्पतिवार, 21 फरवरी, 2013 को मध्याह्न पूर्व 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में समवेत होने के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूँ ।
" In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause ( 1) of article 85 of the Constitution , I hereby summon the Rajya Sabha to meet at New Delhi on Thursday, the 21st February, 2013 at 11.00 A.M.
